The monograph examines the ideology of regional development on the example of Tatarstan as a subject of the federation. It is proposed categorical tools for the study of ideological processes in modern society by the example of Russia and Tatarstan. An attempt was made to identify the main trends in the evolution of ideology of Tatarstan in the XXI century.
