From 26-27 February 2004 in the hotel „Russia” in Moscow was held First All-Russian Assembly of public forces counteracting xenophobia, extremism and terrorism. On the 27 February within the Assembly took place seminar called: “Dialog of nations and religions as a means of counteracting xenophobia and extremism: resources of Russian federalism and civil society”.
